It’s high time to start baking a new birthday cake!
We’ve planned a special event to celebrate Geek Girls Carrots 6th Birthday in Trójmiasto –
we’ll be waiting for you together with amazing IT specialists, confetti and the cake! It’ll be an
opportunity to chat about all the great things that happened during the past 12 months, share
with you our plans for the next year, as well as talk about the IT trends that will shape our
careers.

Milena will talk about what it’s like to work in this unique role, as well as how you can work effectively in a team scattered over 4 continents while maintaining a sense of belonging and good team spirit. Explaining her mysterious job, she will also talk about how programmers and support engineers can help each other, and learn by using the work of the latter (on the example of Atlassian).
During the presentation, Hania will explain what is the difference between a strategic analyst and a business and system analyst? She will also explain what does the change agent do and will talk about failures, expanding the comfort zone, interesting phenomena and lessons that are ongoing.
