For the last decade, we’ve been witnessing an increased number of digital applications, new trendy designs for the web, and innovative business models for flashy startups – to our very own delight: digital innovations brought amazing services and offerings. Yet, at one cost: customer’s and audience’s personal choices and privacy. In order to reverse the trend, what can industries such as Tech, design, and marketing, do to make a better job for users and customers and become more ethical? On the other hand, what can you do – as audiences or customers – to influence the process?
