Our first speaker is Maciej Guzek, Project Lead Developer at NX LABS. He will talk about “How to do it? Things you need to know, soft and hard tips useful in IT. “
Our second speaker is Sylwia Karbowiak, Senior Software Engineer at TomTom. She will talk about practical solutions for creating objects in Java – using design patterns and useful libraries that will save you work when writing code.

Sylwia graduated from the Lodz University of Technology, currently, she works as a programmer in a team focused on automation of the map creation process for autonomous vehicles – mainly location of road signs and speed limits.
