Warm up: Innovation is called magenta
Kasia will talk about the systematic approach to implementing innovation in large companies: what is magenta-colored innovation, the role it plays in the development of a company, why is it important for the company and where are they looking for it.

Workout 1: The machine understands our language
Rafał will introduce us to the world of NLP, show differences in approach to text analysis, from simple grammatical models to the use of Machine Learning. He will also tell you why Polish is a challenge for machines. The story will end with the topic of speech processing, which cannot do without text. There will also be examples from the magenta world!

Workout 2: The machine interprets the image
Karol will focus on the next challenge, which is image for machines and algorithms. He will show how the machine “sees” and what to do so that it interprets correctly what it sees. He will also tell you about where image processing can be used and where T-Mobile PL sees the potential of applications.

Part 2: Scrum nano-workshop in data science “We build a robot in an agile approach”:
➡️ the goal of the workshop is to build a robot;
➡️ during the workshop the teams will learn about iteration, planning and retrospective;
➡️ the role of Product Owner and Scrum Master will also be highlighted.
Adam who will run the workshop together with Daniel Sadurski is responsible for implementing the agile approach in T-Mobile PL.
