Possessing more than 10 years of experience as a professional user experience designer, business analyst for various sectors, she passionately combined experience form private and public sectors to enrich her expertise. Taking the opportunity of Geneva specific working environment and local challenges, she worked as UX Architect on digital transformation projects for WIPO.
She will share with you her experience working across different environments. She will present you a case study from leading Polish bank PKO BP to illustrate a UX design process which had played a big role for cross-functional teams to succeed in efficient cooperation between designers and IT.
